Michelle... and her dream of being a rockstar

It is always very nice at home, there are often people around and a lot of Rock 'n' Roll and Classic Rock is played since I was a little girl. I love rock and began to dress me alike in the course of the years, this was not according to everyone's taste. Sometimes I received many comments my clothes because I sometimes fell out of place compared to other classmates. I like going to a nice pub, for example the Minds, or Excalibur, The Cave etc. So especially the cafes for metal or rock. My dream is to be a rock star. In my free time I like going to concerts, short list of bands I've seen are: Iron Maiden, Kiss, Iced Earth, Children Of Bodom, Saxon, Judas Priest, Morbid Angel, Nile, Yngwie Malmsteen, Behemoth. Blackie Lawless calls Yanni a motherfucker..
At a WASP gig in the Kade, Yanni finally met his all time hero Blackie Lawless. Yanni..Dead drunk.. in his enthusiasm climbed the stage for a good old fashioned stage dive.. ending up standing right next to Blackie Lawless, who gave Yanni a look and pushed Yanni off the stage with all his might, sending Yanni flying back into the crowd...hahaha... it looks like Blackie almost fell himself.. Afterwards. Blackie walked over to his mic and screamed : 'I WORK ALONE, MOTHERFUCKER!!!' hahahaha... A video was posted on youtube.. skip to 2 minutes and 42 seconds..Click picture to go there... |

The Meat Factory Video!!
We are busy recording a video of the song 'The Meat Factory' see mp3's for the song. We used about 5000 litres of blood for the clip. See below for a still recording of the clip, to get yo u in the right atmosphere!! Also next weekend we will finally finish our other video clip of Master of Fate. I know it took a while, due to all kinds of stupid circumstances.. but at least you will be getting 2 clips, to make up for the time lost. |

The Meat Factory & Tour
HELL YEAH!! Recently we again visited the Voodoo sound Studio of Paul van Rijswijk to record 4 new songs and one of these songs 'The Meat Factory' is now available to download in our mp3-section!! Further, coming wednesday we will travel to Germany to do a gig with Hatchery and Cast away and after the gig, Hatchery and Chainsaw will join forces and drive down to Cannes, south France to have a gig on the beach together with Addicted! News not updated in a while
Hello, just found out we have not updated our news section in quite a while. That's because we're always very busy making music and doing gigs instead of updating the site.. I promise to put some of the mentioned video's on the site soon. Further Chainsaw is still doing great and playing a lot of nice gigs, doing festivals such as Kings of Metal and Into the Pit and soon we'll even play on a beach in Cannes. Also we did some really crazy stuff, but I'll put some of that stuff up on the site. We're also busy preparing a full dvd on which a lot of crazy and bloody material will be shown. We have recorded some new songs as well and will put at least one of these new songs in our MP3 section. |

Chainsaw Featured on Heavy Metal Maniacs part III
compilation !! Yesterday was the official release date of the Heavy Metal Maniac part III cd. Chainsaw is also featured on this CD with the song "heavy sex maniac" taken from our 7 inch single. The official release was celebrated with a concert of several bands of the CD. For this special occasion Chainsaw perfomed a version of the song "Heavy Metal Maniacs" together with our friends from it lives. Featuring 4 guitar players (our drummer included) 2 bass player and 2 vocalist. Pictures of this special event will be on the site soon. Chainsaw starts recording new album "Smell the Saw" In October, Chainsaw will start the recording of their new album called "Smell the Saw". The album will be recorded and mixed in the "Voodoo Sound Studio" by Paul van Rijswijk and will be sold and distributed worldwide through the Japanese "World Chaos Production" record company. Some songs that will feature on the full length album are: "Nightmare World", "The Butcher of Bagdad", "She Just Wants to Get Laid", "Dead and Buried", "Master of Fate", and "Lay Down and Die". At this moment we are preparing the artwork. The photoshoot for the cover is already finished and we are working on the other artwork for the for the booklet. |

On Easter Monday we played at the "Noordhollands Glorie" festival, where we also played one of our newest songs "the Butcher of Bagdad" for the first time. Also we had a special one time only "Easter Song" during which Aike bit of the head of the easter bunny and turned the stage into one big bloodbath. |
